Description:
Compatibility: Works on PPSSPP, works on VITA and on PSP with "high memory layout" enabled and "ISO cache" disabled.
On LME 2.3 CFW these settings have different names:
- Advanced->Advanced Config->Unlock Extra Memory (Enabled)
- Advanced->Advanced Config->Inferno ISO cache (Disabled)

It replaces some textures with higher res ones from PS2 version or from the PC version of GTA III.
Some improvements include: missing assets restored like lamp posts, trash bins and bags, much better trees, higher quality building textures, higher drawing distance, higher res HUD and PS2 style MAP.
