Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks is a Action/Beat 'em up video game published by Midway released on September 30th, 2005 for the PlayStation 2.
This game has no language selector. The game language will be the Bios language.
On PCSX2 you change the Bios language by setting CDVD to NO DISC then go to System > "Boot Bios". Inside the Bios choose your language.
Then change back CDVD to "ISO" and finally to play System > "Boot ISO (full)"
Do not run the game with "(fast)" boot. It will skip your Bios language settings.
