I couldn’t find any info about what the patch actually translates, this is the site: https://monsterhunterdos.weebly.com/
From what i’ve seen this is just a tiny patch that translates menus related stuff, items and such, and maybe quests too?. So unless you know what to do in game without understanding anything the NPC say you’ll find this useful. Else if you are new to the game you will be lost, you have been warned.
