There’s no fixed percentage given by the author about the progress of the translation. According to the romhacking page this is what was translated of the story: “…The intro to the game, key events that move the plot along, random skits, and a lot of miscellaneous dialogue that helps you know what you’re supposed to do.”
So it’s not a 100% patch but will help you finish the game, also most of the menus battle and shops are translated too.
